Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the InQuest Coaching website.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
“InQuest Coaching”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to InQuest Coaching LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.
2. Informational purpose
This website provides general information about InQuest Coaching and its leadership and executive coaching services.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate specialist advice.
Leadership and executive coaching is not therapy, medical treatment or mental-health care.
3. Coaching relationships
Visiting this website, contacting InQuest Coaching or participating in an introductory conversation does not, by itself, create a coaching, advisory or contractual relationship.
A coaching relationship begins only when InQuest Coaching and the client agree to proceed and enter into a separate coaching agreement.
The coaching agreement will govern matters including:
- the scope and objectives of the engagement;
- confidentiality;
- fees and payment;
- scheduling and cancellation;
- responsibilities of the coach and client; and
- termination of the engagement.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed coaching agreement, the signed coaching agreement will govern the coaching services.
4. Coaching outcomes and client responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. Its outcomes depend on many factors, including the client’s participation, circumstances, decisions and actions.
InQuest Coaching does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, organisational or business outcome.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and results, including decisions made following a coaching conversation.
5. Initial communications and confidentiality
Please do not send sensitive personal, medical or confidential business information through the website or in an initial LinkedIn message.
Formal coaching confidentiality applies only after a coaching relationship has been established and is subject to the applicable coaching agreement, professional responsibilities and legal requirements.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems;
- introduce malicious software, harmful code or disruptive material;
- use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;

- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including its text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, design and downloadable material—belong to InQuest Coaching LLC or are used with permission.
You may view and print reasonable extracts of the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from InQuest Coaching LLC.
8. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that:
- all information will always be complete, current or free from errors;
- the website will always be available without interruption; or
- the website will be free from technical problems or harmful components.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and protected.
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Notice.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InQuest Coaching LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from:
- the use of, or inability to use, this website;
- reliance on the website’s general informational content; or
- the content, availability or operation of a third-party website.

12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for loss or damage reasonably resulting from your unlawful use of the website or your material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply where the loss or damage was caused by InQuest Coaching LLC or where liability cannot lawfully be imposed upon you.
13. Changes to the website or these Terms
We may update the website and these Terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be limited, disputes relating solely to the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
The separate coaching agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
An invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where permitted by law.
16. Entire agreement concerning website use
These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the agreement between you and InQuest Coaching LLC concerning use of this website.
They do not replace or amend any separate coaching agreement entered into between InQuest Coaching LLC and a client.
