01 When coaching helps

People come to coaching for different reasons.

Sometimes something needs attention — a difficult decision, a recurring challenge, confidence that has been shaken, an important professional relationship, or a question about direction.

At other times, there is no particular problem to solve. Leaders simply want the space to think more deeply, gain greater self-awareness, and continue developing how they lead and empower others.

02 The approach

Coaching at the core.
Perspective when useful.

Coaching creates the space to pause, look at a situation from different angles, and explore what may be getting in the way — without someone else rushing to provide the answer.

Our role is to listen, question, challenge, and reflect back what we notice, helping clients deepen their awareness and find their own way forward. When clients reach their own decisions, they are more likely to feel committed to them — and to act.

At times, a client may also benefit from a thinking partner or from perspective grounded in lived executive and board experience. When that is useful, we bring it into the conversation without losing sight of the client’s own judgment and agency.

Private Leadership and
Executive Coaching

Our core engagement is a six-month, one-to-one coaching relationship centered on the client’s priorities, questions and development.

We begin by clarifying what the client wants from the coaching while allowing the agenda to evolve as new insights, patterns, and themes emerge through the work.

Sessions typically take place twice a month, with flexibility around the client’s needs.

03 In their words

Client perspectives

Dana opened my eyes to some of my blind spots. She guided through exploration, navigating without telling me what to do, which is exactly what I needed.

Nancy Hanna

The coaching sessions with Dana Tabbara have helped me understand how I function as a manager and as a person and how these two aspects are linked and impact each other. What was exceptional about these sessions was that Dana never imposed an idea.
